Job Openings: Overseas Sales Team (Medical Devices / IVD)
Market Expansion & Strategic Planning: Responsible for overseas market development and sales management; formulate and execute regional sales strategies to ensure the achievement of sales targets and market share growth.
Channel Management: Develop and manage overseas distributor networks, establish long-term and stable partnerships, and enhance brand global influence.
Market Intelligence: Conduct regular market research, competitive analysis, and sales data analysis to provide actionable insights for decision-making.
Product Launch: Drive new product introduction (NPI) to the market, formulate product promotion plans, and track execution outcomes.
Cross-functional Coordination: Coordinate internal resources to support overseas customers with training, technical support, and after-sales service.
Education: Bachelor’s degree or above, majoring in International Trade, Medicine, Biomedical Engineering, Clinical Diagnostics, or related fields.
Experience: 5+ years of sales experience in the medical device industry, with at least 3 years specifically in the IVD (In Vitro Diagnostics) sector. Proven capability in market planning, sales strategy formulation, and new product promotion.
Trade Compliance: Familiar with international trade processes and relevant regulations; experience in contract management and export customs clearance is highly preferred.
Track Record: A proven track record of successfully penetrating blank markets or revitalizing weak markets. Result-oriented with outstanding performance.
Language Skills: Fluent in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing). Proficiency in a second foreign language (e.g., Spanish, Russian, Arabic, etc.) is a strong plus.
Soft Skills: Strong communication and negotiation skills, highly responsible, and capable of thriving under pressure and adapting to frequent international travel.
Teamwork: Excellent team player with the ability to coordinate cross-departmental resources to drive market initiatives.
Sales Execution: Execute overseas sales plans, develop and maintain distributor accounts, and assist in achieving regional sales targets.
Channel Support: Assist clients in building and optimizing sales channels; promptly coordinate internal resources to meet customer needs.
Market Research: Conduct market research, analyze market trends and competitors, and provide sales data and analytical reports to support managerial decision-making.
Operations & Promotion: Support new product promotion and daily sales activities; assist in tracking customer orders and after-sales services.
Education: Bachelor’s degree or above; majors in International Trade, Medicine, or Biomedical Engineering are preferred.
Experience: 1–3 years of international sales experience; background in the medical device or IVD industry is highly preferred.
Language Skills: Fluent in spoken and written English, with the ability to communicate with international clients independently.
Competencies: Strong communication skills, excellent teamwork spirit, highly responsible, and willing to travel overseas as required.
